The Ocean Pearl, Udupi Hotel, Udupi

The hotel was conveniently close to both Udupi and Manipal, with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with a basic breakfast provided at 4 am daily. The dining experience had a limited variety over a 7-day stay, needing improvement, but the location near SriKrishna mandir and Malpe beach was perfect.

The hotel is a mixed experience. The rooms are small but offer excellent beds and soothing showers, which was great for the group of bikers checking in that day. The service is extremely helpful and accommodating, although there were some issues with the dining options not being very varied during my week-long stay. The location is comfortable and cool, close to Udupi, Manipal, and key attractions like the SriKrishna mandir and Malpe beach.

The location is comfortable and cool, perfect, near Temple, close to the SriKrishna mandir, and 20 mins away from Malpe beach, though next to the housekeeping pantry. The dining was not great at all and needs to have a better spread, despite being excellent and awesome with insufficient dishes. The facilities offered dry cleaning, laundry, newspaper service, tours/ticket assistance, and free valet parking.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were ideal for a two-person stay, with excellent beds and soothing showers. They were well-appointed with good amenities. The service was a mix of well-mannered and courteous interactions, highlighted by a fantastic restaurant serving good quality food, though coordination with waiters was lacking at times. The location was perfect, comfortable, cool, and welcoming, close to the SriKrishna mandir and just a 20-minute drive from Malpe beach. The dining experience was superb, offering a wide variety of items to choose from. Overall, a great value for money option.
